Energy Equality For All is a non-profit corporation and shall operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code. Energy Equality For All is a charitable organization with a mission to address energy poverty and achieve global energy access by supporting the distribution of sustainable energy solutions to areas of need in the U.S. and abroad, providing sustainable energy education, tracking and supporting innovation in sustainable energy technology, and promoting energy equality and sustainable energy solutions in the public arena. Access to energy is central to social and economic well-being.
